QUOTE(consultant79 @ Aug 1 2010, 12:18 PM) You don't know what shit you're talking about. imhoIf Apple publicly announces that the new batch of iphones is no more antenna-defective, hoards of people would call tech support up for a replacement of the phone. Getting a refund and replacing your phone is 2 extremely different things. There's something called "advanced replacement" by Apple(something like warranty, but you can get a replacement phone outright where you will need to put your current phone in a box sent by apple). It's available in big Iphone markets. Check your facts, and please don't smash your keyboard with limited information. ps- Please don't quote statistics by Apple for the number of complaints of their own products. They can cook up all kind of statistics to back their products-it's internal statistics, so no one can challenge that... they can disqualify many complaints, by simply suggesting it's an "inquiry of about the iphone", rather than a complaint on the antenna. Iphone 4 has a 2% return rate, which is HUGE, especially for a high-end and high-quality product manufacturer like Apple. By the way, Apple tried to play their way out of the antenna issue by claiming it was a software issue and they didn't follow AT&T guidelines- after Consumer Reports said the antenna was indeed physically defective, they then switched the issue to "free bumper cases"... Bloody jokers. if apple statistic is not to believe then how abt urs? do u have any source to backup ur statement there? where do u get the numbers? |

LOL U wish! I'm pretty sure that's not gonna happen. At least not until stock levels are fine. QUOTE(MattJ @ Aug 11 2010, 08:48 AM) Speaking from experience, I bought a few items from the Apple Online Store, Singapore. The Apple Ipad Case was delivered to my friend's address yesterday but he was not in so he had to go and collect it later from DHL warehouse. My IP4 and CCK are scheduled to be delivered on 30/8 or earlier. I used a Malaysian CC and the amount for the ipad case had been charged to my CC, I confirmed this yesterday with my CC bank. So I believed, Touch Wood, the other transactions will go through as well. may i know which bank CC are u using?Just to share FYI. |
