this is true, my 5850 loads 100% at 47ºC, 49ºC tops @ 900MHz Core 1150MHz Memory. gpu temps easily dealt with, most important for me is vrm temps. those buggers are hard to cool down.
*
what software can i use to monitor vrm temp? using gpu-z, got 3 temp..but not sure which is which..mind to advice? notworthy.gif

Guys, I'm having this Radeon 4200 onboard card on a AMD 790 chipset motherboard.

It has one HDMI and DVI which according to the manual shares the same input so obviously I cannot have dual monitor configuration.

BUT can I have clone monitor configuration if I have 2 similar monitors plugged one into HDMI, one into DVI ?

no you can't. only 1 output can be active at a time. if both are plugged in, i believe only the first one will be detected. This is the same for all onboard graphics because they only have a single clock generator for dvi/hdmi/vga signalling.

Considering that it should be about HD 5870 and HD 5850 performance, that's a nice price.

Not sure bro. But 6770 Cost RM800 seems a good price to me... But obviously not too good for 6800 series shakehead.gif

if the spec and the price is correct.. yes good bargain..
this will make current 5series price drop further..

but suspecting vendor will mark up the price around RM900 and wait to clear the 5series within 2-3 months..

if want to wait 28nm.. make sure saving around RM1.2k maybe more..
so decide is it worth the waiting...

I see, cause I have one LCD TV and one LCD monitor, it would be sweet if one can run DVI and the other one on HDMI
