Hi guys,

got my hd5450 for htpc running latest 10.9a catalyst, running win7 x86 with hdmi to lcd tv

mosquito noise reduction and de-blocking features aren't showing up at advance quality setting since 10.6 catalyst.

any idea to enable or got any problem for hd5400 series? tested hd5600 series above no problem.

There was a review comparing DX11 performance on Dirt2 and AVP. What I remember, the conclusion is the one in Dirt2 is kinda a failure, it's funny because it is said running on DX11 will make a significant performance drop, while it is the other way around with AVP. If not mistaken the review was on IGN.

can somebody list down all the Games tat really fully usely truly DX11 feature..hehehehehee

Dirt 3 to be released next year lol

DX11 title still scare . Even the starcraft2 and coming Diablo3 didn't use DirectX 11. Plus DX11 pic has no different to DX10 to human naked eye. Applying DX11 mode is not worth to play due to toll on performance.

DirectX 11 is too heavy.
It's actually about the same as DirectX 9 as well.
I hope the DirectX 11 games can optimize more, so, we can gain back a little performance from there.

Above DX9 is just something along the line of eye candy, sometime people didnt really bother about it at all...

Id rather game in DX10 or even DX9 if the game is unplayable... better to have smooth flowing gaming sequence than eyecandy that won't let you win the game

send back 2 them..really annoyed by those kid at Waranty counter...keep spinning my GC fan

price wise also ok if know how to deal...

Not all Driver will give perfect OC abilities to a GPU.
So, it's very random.

By the way, make sure you Driver Uninstallation is CLEAN instead of DIRTY before you install new driver.
Else, it can be problematic.

previous driver can clock higher?

it doesnt really matter since there is MSI Afterburner right???
