He's not a member per se but he does browse through out of curiosity sometimes, he's got his own forum. And before that we both were members of another forum which isn't in existence anymore. I was just like Jon91, no f*** that, a lot more cocky when I first joined that old forum. I kept believing in HIT and acting as
if it was the only way to train.
Come to think of it, he was real patient with me. Guided me slowly but surely towards HVT. Stuck and addicted ever since. 

You've trained in his gym. I'm sure you've met him. Big ad a grizzly but soft spoken and gentlemanly. Chicaman can attest to that.

i went to youtube to look for proper barbell row form
i dunno which is right but i saw 2 types

i) they bend their knees and their back arched until its 45 degrees straight line and start rowing to the navel
instead of having the bar parallel to the ground, its 45 degrees parallel

ii) the knees are slightly bent and hips pushed to the back while upper body is bent close to 90 degrees straight
the bar is parallel to the ground and rowed to the navel

i tried doing both as today's my back day
i found that i) attacked my upper back + biceps and forearms till i could no longer do pull ups without clinching my teeth
the ii) attacked my biceps more than the upper back and it hurts my lower back

but i see people doing the 90 degrees (but i thought supposed to bend over like ur about to get ur a** f****d)
any one can share?

hey whats up guys.. i took some pics after shoulder day today and just want some feedback on where im lacking..

i didnt take much pose.. only front and side.. and also, i need some advice for my biceps please sad.gif it doesnt have peak

but if i compare mine to my friend's, his is round and big like a coconut, mine is long and no peak.. if u understand that.

currently at 172cm and 62kgs.. hard to gain weight due to shitty class timetables.. zzz..

yeah, end of cut sudah, slowly tune my diet to bulk. yeah,the tities benkok, dunno y also, i tot aft cut, it can recover... but it gets more obvious doh.gif

Some muscle mass as well i bet, but the main reason i wan to lose fat is to bulk more, want to increase my insulin sensitivity. The BF, i dun really trust those machine, u drink more water sumtime result in more bf reading..... so use caliper haha but i dont have one. XD

For the chest, i think i gona do more dips and ROM. My delt also lembik on both side, In short i m lack in everywhere lol, except the bulging torso lol.

Havent post in a while here.

Have managed to successfully gained my weight back to 60kg. Last time I managed to do that, Ramadhan came and it dropped to 53. Hopefully this time I can maintain my weight, and raising it to 65.

I'll tell you what Terry will tell you. Muscle weighs heavier than fat. You might be undergoing a body recomposition. The weighing scale is not the main indicator of progress, the
mirror is.

I'll tell you what Terry will tell you. Muscle weighs heavier than fat. You might be undergoing a body recomposition. The weighing scale is not the main indicator of progress, the

Insertion poitns for the biceps and chest are genetic.
you cant make the btm meet no matter how hard u try. just focus on getting it bigger...
no before pics? hard to tell progress.
but in terms of direction, first, need to know your goal.
based on my own crazy ideals, i guess i'd say..... everything. lol.

USP Labs Jack3d really works for me on an empty stomach. Doesn't work for me if I take it shortly after a meal though. Broke Squat PR's yesterday (usually 100kg 3x10, yesterday was 103kg 2x15 and 80kg 20 1x20) and today's arm workout pump was awesome. Can't even move my arms without feeling the soreness in my biceps. Recommending it, and its cheaper than most NO supps out there. smile.gif

thanks. been focusing more on shoulders and arms this time, so that I can wear singlets in public with no shame. lol
also added deadlift to my back routine as advised by Bata.

but still, needs to work more in increasing my weight towards 65. Is possible before Ramadhan, because that will surely dropped my weight by a lot.
