Is it good ? you want to gain weight? read somewhere if you're gaining more than 2kg's per month (or was it week) its excess fat..Added on May 24, 2010, 8:11 pmBut sometimes I weight it become 51 then 54 then 53 . edit: had the article bookmarked QUOTE If you're gaining more than three pounds per month, you might be adding fat. If you're gaining a lot more than three pounds (like 5-7 per month), reduce the caloric intake. http://www.tmuscle.com/article/bodybuildin...h_about_bulking This post has been edited by mikehuan: May 24 2010, 08:16 PM |

QUOTE(darklight79 @ May 24 2010, 01:49 AM) I'll explain why. Bench press, 3 phases, 3 thirds of the movement. Btm 1/3rd hits chest hardest, mid 1/3rd shoulders and chest, tri. Upper 1/3rd tri are hit the hardest. Notice how well developed angrydog's Got it, well explained. Thx a million bro.chest is, if you've seen his bench press video, he focus on the bottom 2 phases of the movement doing partials therefore maintaining tension on his chest. What is the function of the triceps? Extension of the arm. Which is why you see me always almost locking out in the CGBP. I want to try to minimize chest inviolvement, which is why I don't go all the way down. But it doesn't mean I do half assed reps either. Is that explanation good enough bro? =) No problem brother. |

QUOTE(John91 @ May 25 2010, 10:46 PM) You're starting to exhibit a lot superiority complex aren't you? I hope you realize there's a saying in the bb circlesthat big guys don't disparage like this or strut like you do. What? Just cos you put on a few pounds of muscle and are thinking to compete you can slam aspiring bodybuilders in such a disparaging way? You're becoming quite known in a few bb circles y'know. And not in a positive way. You NEVER see these posts from Ernie, Terry, ken86 or angrydog. -------> humility= Look it up. This post has been edited by darklight79: May 26 2010, 03:29 AM |
