My weight have increases from 45KG (I know I small ) too 54KG within 1 month . Is it good ?

you want to gain weight? read somewhere if you're gaining more than 2kg's per month (or was it week) its excess fat..

Hi all, i want to start bulking.

Im 22, 167cm and 49kg. Ideal weight is around 60-65.

Im a hard gainer. I play football n futsal. Active but now doing intern so a bit busy.

Have some equipment at home. Dumbells. The Bar hang on the wall (dunno wat u call that), skipping rope. do i need more?

or should i start gym?

stay at subang btw.

hope you guys will help me. very very skinny guy here. sad.gif

well, before you start gym you should probably read up on the stickies here first? get a good idea/plan on what you are going to do in a gym in the first place.

Your height is same as me but I'm 17 and when I start bulking last month , it was 45 and now I'm 52 +- brows.gif
