ahah tot mebe got another iron gym lol. yeah man used to, been there for only a month or so. ouch man u take care bro! mebe can see u there in 1 months time? cuz thats when my school starts again. i only go there when i have classes haha.

Thanks!! Shoulders happen to be my no.1 fav body part.
the usual stuff, lat raises, rear lat raises, shoulder press (variationos changes over time, but its usually dumbells)
recently added cable lateral raises as well.

no bro, not entering anything. cos i stopped training for a few months. So wanted to start again and felt i was carrying abit too much fat before going on a bulking session.
what are the 7 comp poses?

before cutting it was 31.5".
Its 28.5" now
total weight dropped 5kgs over 10 weeks.
in the past, i lost 5kgs in one month. but realised that i lost too much lean mass. so decided to take it really slowly this time.
