I used to just do them cuz I don't have a leg press machine at my uni's gym. Now its just 3 exercises for quads. Gets me freakin tired enough. In the pic I was flexing so you could see some definition. Well, I do partials for legs. Squats just go slightly below parallel, no more ATG, Leg extensions 45 degrees down then push back up (cuz I heard from somewhere going full ROM is bad for your knees), leg presses no lockout, thats all.

I go 1 set warmup, 3 work sets, 1 pump set for every exercise. 10-12 reps.

currently on cutting..just wanna try myself cutting in d next 2 months if god willing...but i go like 4 sets with 10 reps each..my legs are my weakest link..i think i'm kinda weak for squats..only 160lb my max..as for leg extension, last i did was like 35kgs i think..and leg press, 120kgs..still i don't get nice well develop legs..and i get cramp quite easily especially when i'm on a tournament..eventhough i train 3 days earlier..must be slow recovery or lack of nutritions..

Eat more bananas. Seriously it helps. Everytime I cramp I eat 2 bananas, after 5 minutes no more already. Lack of potassium.

your vastus medialis very well develop, mine just never pop up, compare with medialis, my vastus lateralis is much more better
but i only do front squat and back squat.

Yea leg presses will develop my outer sweep in time. I've only did them for like 4-5 times?...

yup...i also wish to have a nice chest. biceps and triceps...these are the 1st consideration..

after tat is abs then follow by leg..

can i know..if i dunno the dumbell procedure..can i focus more on chest fly machine and also chest push machine ? and also the assisted pusp up machine ?will this machine can help to build chest withour dumbell ?coz i realy dun have knowledge on dumbell side..nd HELP..thanks...

beside that...if i pusp up every morning when i wake up(after 10 minute wake up and before go to shower)..will it be good ? around 10 times per set- 4set...wrong ???

Grow some balls and use the free weighs.
Assisted push up machine is only for girls.

You can do the morning push up. There is nothing wrong to start your day with some pushups.
When i have to do public speaking or presentation i will do 100-200 push up in the morning. Then, whey for breakfast. Keep me coming for the rest of the day.
