Hi guys.
I wonder protein shake can be mix into warm or hot water ?
cause i heard most of the people here just mix it with cold water.

if protein is exposed to heat, it is denatured.

whether or not you still get the desired absorption of protein, i dun know.
but there must b a reason y all whey products advise the same thing, tat is to mix with cold water.
they must have done their research.

Yup, and if you have enzymes in your protein, that will get denatured too.

The basics of BB tell us that you are breaking down muscle tissue when you train....it's the recovery process that builds one up in terms of muscle size/ strength.
You train the bodypart HARDER, not more often. You may be growing but don't you think you would be growing a lot more if you did the former?

what i get is...
just train the bodypart harder on mondays...
i hope i get that right haha...( means more excercise or more reps n such..)

the second part is the confusing one hahaa..
mayb i've had too much shisha this month...

Yes you train it harder, but there's only a certain degree of how HARD you can train.
Of course training it more than once a week with high intensity and volume wont work with natural trainees.

Lagging body parts require more stimulation than brutal pounding, and adding in an additional day later the week(2-3days apart from first day of training that body part) with moderate weights and high reps seems to be the best way to stimulate that growth.

9 only? Animal Pak has 11 in each pak. I havent seen anything else coming close.

I used to train with gloves (The standard MAXX one with the wrist supports) but then I got lazy to wear them. Found out its much better and natural for me this way (can feel the raw iron and muscle burn more). Got used to the callouses after a while. Loving the feeling.

Gosh I'm so energetic and pumped out after working out! HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! flex.gif
