hehe, i order spicy chicken but still makan the meat only XD.

Nowadays i m using Coconut oil to pan fry my chicken, seems like has better smoke lvl biggrin.gif

talk about PT, just this morning saw one PT trying to correct the client's form for lunges.... obviously the client is leaning forward when she try to move forward and the trainer keep saying, use ur back leg ........ As if she knows how to execute the right muscle for good good form. Imagine u r paying RM100+ for this kind of training......They dont even know the basic.

Buddy, i havent try out yet, i have skipped two of my calf session, it is suppose to be on my fifth day but pack up with work and my 1 week cycle ends on my forth day training. sad.gif

MY MAN, we are on the same boat.

Mix it with citric drink, it can kill the bitterness. I mixed mine with orange mixing powder (sugar free)
