is it okay lets say..
i do my chest on monday
and i have another chest day ermm lets say..
thursday?

so means i have two chest days per week..
or it will be bad..

yeahhh... just buy a normal Whey protein..
and get a creating mono..

if not mistaken...500G of creatine mono is around 50 to 70 Rm
100 servings...

guys..
was just wondering...
i've done some reading online..
but scared of the biased replies..

if im bulking...
will creatine help alot..or basically its just extra water weight..
wondering if its a myth or what so ever this supplement companies are creating..

coz now
i might just take creatine and normal whey la basically..and multivitamins..
nothing fancy...

is it something with those ATP producing kinda thing??
something about being able to hold water and making it stronger..
gets a bit tooo detail for me haha..

just i was just wondering..
i was reading somewhere somethin about losing muscle..
is it because caloric deficit of because we are not working out of a long time..

if yes how long will it takes?..
and i was also curious about glutamine... i read that it will retain muscle will on cut or something..

im asking this is because fasting month is coming in a month or so..
its gonna be hard for me to work out and obviously eat..

still thinking if im gonna fast also btw hahaha

anyone has any tips on fasting month training??
