"It's as satisfying to me as, uh, coming is, you know? As, ah, having sex with a woman and coming. And so can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like, uh, getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven." - Arnold

I would never work the same part with only 24 hours of recovery ...
Recovery IS bodybuilding..no one ever got big in the gym
The basics of BB tell us that you are breaking down muscle tissue when you train....it's the recovery process that builds one up in terms of muscle size/ strength.
You train the bodypart HARDER, not more often. You may be growing but don't you think you would be growing a lot more if you did the former?
darklight can you explain in detail..i dont really get it..
what i get is... just train the bodypart harder on mondays... i hope i get that right haha...( means more excercise or more reps n such..)
the second part is the confusing one hahaa.. mayb i've had too much shisha this month...
ON 100% Whey, Syntha 6, NO-Xplode, EAS Myoplex Deluxe, creatine, some EAS Myoplex protein bars and multivitamin. Just now thought of buying L-glutamine but myoplex already has glutamine in it so didnt want to waste my money.
woww thats a nice stack... do you stock up per month or what?? do you mind sharing the total.. can pm me also haha..
guys.. was just wondering... i've done some reading online.. but scared of the biased replies..
if im bulking... will creatine help alot..or basically its just extra water weight.. wondering if its a myth or what so ever this supplement companies are creating..
coz now i might just take creatine and normal whey la basically..and multivitamins.. nothing fancy...
is it something with those ATP producing kinda thing?? something about being able to hold water and making it stronger.. gets a bit tooo detail for me haha..
just i was just wondering.. i was reading somewhere somethin about losing muscle.. is it because caloric deficit of because we are not working out of a long time..
if yes how long will it takes?.. and i was also curious about glutamine... i read that it will retain muscle will on cut or something..
im asking this is because fasting month is coming in a month or so.. its gonna be hard for me to work out and obviously eat..
