f***. Don't ever go to CF at Bangsar Village. Was warming up with 85lb dumbbells, then found the 90's..... and that's it!!! Nothing heavier than 40kg
dumbbells. Wasted 2 stupid sets. Had to do incline Smith machine bench press for
first exercise. WTF.

That's because it's relative. If I shoulder press the 95's, then bloody 90 pounders better be light for chest in my case. Even Terry once told his friends I'm considered relatively strong (I kembang a bit la that kinda compliment coming from him despite my poor genetics).

40kgs for incline presses are light as shit to me. (Not arrogance but pure fact) The weight IFBB Pros press make me look like a monkey. And there were some people commenting on how heavy those dumbbells were. I was like... yeah whatever gimme bigger dumbbells and you'll see. The consultant was Jerry, a really nice guy. Asked me if I might join CF, I said I might but definitely not this branch sorry. So I asked for a trial pass transfer and boom! I'm heading back to CF at MidValley again. LOL!

70lbs is good. Go high reps for dumbbell exercises or you won't benefit. More than 10.

thats fine.

Its how i'm chasing my lagging chest, and it seems to be working for me.
But on the 2nd day of hitting chest, i keep it moderate weight, high reps(10-15).

Guys, i was wondering whether running constant speed of 8 or increase the gradient to 15% (max) is better to burn fats?

Coz when i compare the calories burn, radient 15% is much higher calories burnt (with constant 15mins on treadmill).

Also, does anyone knows where to get gloves @ cheap rate? Wanted to buy one to prevent my hand's skin from peeling off... thanks peps
