so can i conclude that Byond decoders are more sensitive (requires higher signal strength to operate) than the previous one?

I just got my bill so far no extra RM20 charge.

RM20 is chargable from April 2010.

BTW, the beyond installer are coming tomolo 11am.

5th Jan still no T&C ppl call
then call CS on the 6th morning
7th afternoon T&C ppl called
8th installer called and confirm 9th 11am

So i still donno my beyond subcription is sign on the astro centre or CS, but as long as they come n install tomolo, who cares.

you're so lucky... t&c call 28 dec until now no installer called me/ im from beaufort, sabah....     

call astro CS to confirm, mebbe they hd not updated ur contact details.. this happens to few ppl, astro give old unupdated ctc no to the installer...

jan 6 call cs -10pm
jan 7 T&C call from astro- 1pm

my problem is my mother wants to add 2nd decoder 4 her room..
Astro will only give me Byond LNB with only 1 output jack
Astro won't give me LNB with 2 output jacks even though i already said i wanted to order 2nd decoder..they say only when 2nd decoder activated only then they provide 2 jacks..if not, i use 2 dish first then order new Byond dish later..

1. should i cancel my Byond order and get 2nd decoder 1st
or
2.should i get Byond, then 2nd decoder then new Byond dish? 

UPDATE:
i call Astro today just to ask if they were kind enough to give me a Byond dish with 2 LNB output jacks..No way Astro were going to help their customers out..they say must activate 2nd decoder 1st and then call for Byond to replace the 1 LNB output jack dish..\

Haaah..i cancel Byond n order 2nd decoder 1st..
Then d CS guy ask 'Why u wanna cancel?'
I said 'Astro forced me too coz too stingy kedekut'

demm..dah 2 minggu lebih astro beyond tak sampai umah lagik...so slow 

already done that.. he says wait 10 days

Installation in Klang Valley area is not follow first come first serve actually. They don't follow the queue and it's really really sux.

I'm still waiting until now, but my friend that live just a couple block from my house already get installed although he register 1 week after my registration. Large demand should not be an excused.

After u waiting more than 10 days and still got nothing, astro will extend more 10 days.
That is astro style. They push u to wait, wait and wait. 

When u not clearing your bills, they will straight away terminate your service without hesitation.

Can somebody confirm whether the HBO HD already have substitle? I'm not movie package subcriber but planning to add movie package.
