I used to have that complex: everyone is better than me and look at me lifting 10kgs and shouting like a girl. Then, I realised, they didn't get to where they are by magic, they got there with hard work (and a little thing called genetics). So I worked and worked on my own physique and whilst I'm in the best shape of my life, I still consider myself somewhat intermediately built; better than most, crappy compared to the better ones.

I like your second paragraph the best. My legs aren't the biggest but they're, at the very most, solid-looking as compared to others. Though, my upper body still needs a lot of work to "beat" some of the guys at my gym. I guess doing chest and abs exclusively can do wonders for some.

Shame about their ostrich-like legs, though...

I know eating loads of peanuts can cause acne. I should know, I'm one of them.

Also, have you seen a lot of fat people with acne?

Me likey and concur with what Desvaro said.

I've seen loads of guys do half squats and some of them even do half of half squats! And when I do full squats they all give me weird looks as my butt is on the floor.

I used to wear straps for lifting my heaviest weights, be it for deadlifts or using dumbbells. Now not so, partly because I'm lazy to take them out and I'm sort of developing this mentality of it's too heavy, it don't get lifted.

Wow. Champ gramps is in mighty fine shape. That bit with the calf raises just killed, so much better than a good portion of the--much younger--crowd in today's gym.

The audience looked bored as heck, though.

Lol. Sup man. Shoulder day for me soon. =P

Good news: I'm no longer sick.
Bad news: I'm smaller now. sad.gif I kept losing mass even though I tried eating as much as I could during my illness.

Have fun on shoulder day, man.
