I have stretch marks all over my shoulders,ugly thing is that they are new so still white and my shoulders are tanned!

Btw is 1 rep considered a PR?

When people go 'WTF are those marks?!', I just tell them I got them from fighting a tiger. biggrin.gif

Sigh this is frustrating.

After working out again and bumping up my protein shake intake, my hemorrhoids came back. annoying s|-|i+


my meals? may be lack of veg but I've been taking fruits.


meals are

wholemeal bread, pasta, beef and chicken breast(all pan fried).

I do drink alot of water. Why ah? Body too heaty?

pimples cause... its time for u to get them.
2nd is coz maybe too heaty due to ur protein.
3rd, normally ppl take steroids will get those problems.

not because of stress too? u know la.. lifting so heavy... you might not feel stressful but fun... but maybe the body thinks otherwise... =p

now midterm break... but doesnt mean right after midterm break don't have midterm test.... >_< .. mine on tue some more, and got one assignment due on that day as well...darn it!

Mid term break is my craziest stressful time. Tonnes of assignments piling up. And who told u that i dont have mid term? lol.

But i've been drinking alot of water and i wash my face regularly.

Use water instead of toilet paper? Always heard it from parents and relative to avoid hemorroids thou.

Whey protein is just a convenient method of getting as much protein as we need in a day. If you don't get enough from solid meals, then use whey to add on.

I cannot imagine people building much muscle in 6 months with that sort of training. Rain probably started off with normal bodybuilding high-rep traditional lifts, and when the video was made he was in the cutting phase.
