Actually I really want to cut, I've been continuously bulking for 4 years. I need to see what I've got without the fat. I was so embarrassed when I had to strip in front of class so that everyone can learn how to do an abdominal examination on me and my tummy is "flat" on inspection, because everyone was expecting that I have at least some visible abs. What's the product name of those caffeine pills?

A lot of sellers are in KL and I rarely go to KL. Anyone know any sellers in Melaka or in Muar? I'm going down to Muar next week, so I might be able to collect directly in Muar or Melaka coz I don't have a reliable address in Melaka.

So I read there's Lipo6, Lipo6X and Lipo 6 Black...the one with the X has that multiphase release thing, and the black one is stronger. So to those who has used them, is there any difference or which one is better?

But for me since I'm trying out for the 1st time, I think the Lipo 6X should be good to start with?

but if you ain't planning to cut, try look for pump supps...such as white flood or superpump 250...

You don't need caffeine pills, brewed coffee without the sugar!! has the exact same effect.

I've made my own ergolean amp using chocamine (got it from the states from my cousin) and following the shelby's suggestion

Power Mocha – 1 serving
2/3 cup coffee
¼ teaspoon Chocamine
¼ teaspoon Dutch Baking Cocoa
1.5 packets Splenda
Pinch of salt
¼ cup hot water

I pour the coffee, then add everything else in and mix. It’s virtually calorie-free, and the caffeine, theobromine, theophylline & PEA (from chocamine) all combine to provide a nice smooth buzz (better energy and focus, enhanced mood, appetite suppression, fat-burning effects). The chocamine and baking cocoa are pretty bitter, so don’t forget the sweetener. If any of you have ever taken Ergopharm’s AMP, this drink will remind you of that (two of the three ingredients in AMP are caffeine and chocamine). Chocamine can be purchased from bulknutrition.com.

but at the end of the day, coffee alone works but avoid over-relying it. You can add a scoop of chocolate flavoured whey for a MOCHA or follow the healthy nescafe ice I posted in tips and tricks!!

im in Muar but stocks for Lipo-6X sold out lah bro.
only have Black. Black didnt have multi-phase thingy, but you can just spread them all throughout the day

do u know the amount of coffee you need to drink in order to get 300mg of caffeine? purely? no offence mate, but not everyone has the luxury of time to brew that special coffee of yours although it does look tempting.

No I have no idea (bout 125 - 150mg) besides that 300 mg is slightly high on a single dosage, I reckon 200 mg is more than sufficient and No, It doesn't require brewing that special coffee just mixing the ingredients together with a spoon in a cup or put it all in a shaker. I use instant nescafe coffee powder not some fancy special brewed coffee. I use a measuring spoon,measure and dump everything in the shaker and shake vigorously. and then I drink it. Doesn't take much time at all. I am a student pursuing my Masters while working part time, I am well aware of the importance of time.

I tried 3 teaspoons of nescafe powder and mix with a glass of water, it's so bitter and nauseating...and I don't think 3 teaspoons is even 200mg of caffeine.

but you will build tolerance over time and anyways, in order to get your CNS all stimulated, while having that fat burning effect, 300mg isnt exactly that high. since your coffee sounds simple enough im gonna give it a shot. btw, masters students do have time. even the full-time ones. i should know.

well I clearly stated I have no idea bout the mg, apart from that, I guess to each of its own I guess, I like the bitterness of coffee and the smell/aroma. maybe adding some protein powder or sugar substitute to mask the bitterness ?

yea that's why I suggest laying it off a while or cycling it on fat burners/caffeine, I did say I am aware of the importance of time and not lack of time. It's all about time management. I supposed you are pursuing master's as well ?

guys right here, im confused on which one should i followed in order to gain weight. ive been following madcow 5x5 for couple months already but i also got vince de monte workout plan. the vince's one is more complicated and more exercises. i gained 3 kgs for the past 2 months as i know weight gaining is a slow process, im not giving up on madcow yet. i just want to know whether it will suit me or its just worked for westerners?
