QUOTE(Florian @ Nov 23 2009, 11:56 PM) It's like you've just woke up, but your stomach is still not waking up yet and all the food is collecting in the esophagus, the moment in bend down or cough all the whey and oatmeal starts rushing out to my mouth. Imagine if I ate 4 eggs and a bowl of oatmeal like I'm suppose to. if you are not planning on actually cutting and you wana take those fat burners, i suggest that you just look for caffeine pills or just drink coffee pre-workout. if you look closely at the properties of the fat burners, the ingredients are usually caffeine based almost 300mg of caffeine per serving. then comes the other stuff such as synephrine, yohimbine, bark willow extract, etc.Anyway does anyone know where I can get that lipo 6 black? |

QUOTE(ken86 @ Nov 24 2009, 02:49 PM) jamis - depends this week is indian spiced - turmeric, diced ginger, paprika, mustard seeds. last week was the balsamic rosemary chicken I posted in my tips and tricks post. do u know the amount of coffee you need to drink in order to get 300mg of caffeine? purely? no offence mate, but not everyone has the luxury of time to brew that special coffee of yours although it does look tempting.Florian - you are falling into yeah_guyz loop hole again. Justifying for your procrastination, rationalizing (I know it's hard studying medicine, judging by your posts. But you can always display adaptability) I thought those long ass post I wrote might change the mindset of the forever "bulker". same thing day in day out, don't expect your abs to magically appear the next year or following year. You don't need caffeine pills, brewed coffee without the sugar!! has the exact same effect. I've made my own ergolean amp using chocamine (got it from the states from my cousin) and following the shelby's suggestion Power Mocha – 1 serving 2/3 cup coffee ¼ teaspoon Chocamine ¼ teaspoon Dutch Baking Cocoa 1.5 packets Splenda Pinch of salt ¼ cup hot water I pour the coffee, then add everything else in and mix. It’s virtually calorie-free, and the caffeine, theobromine, theophylline & PEA (from chocamine) all combine to provide a nice smooth buzz (better energy and focus, enhanced mood, appetite suppression, fat-burning effects). The chocamine and baking cocoa are pretty bitter, so don’t forget the sweetener. If any of you have ever taken Ergopharm’s AMP, this drink will remind you of that (two of the three ingredients in AMP are caffeine and chocamine). Chocamine can be purchased from bulknutrition.com. but at the end of the day, coffee alone works but avoid over-relying it. You can add a scoop of chocolate flavoured whey for a MOCHA or follow the healthy nescafe ice I posted in tips and tricks!! pizzaboy - lol. |

QUOTE(ken86 @ Nov 24 2009, 06:34 PM) No I have no idea (bout 125 - 150mg) besides that 300 mg is slightly high on a single dosage, I reckon 200 mg is more than sufficient and No, It doesn't require brewing that special coffee just mixing the ingredients together with a spoon in a cup or put it all in a shaker. I use instant nescafe coffee powder not some fancy special brewed coffee. I use a measuring spoon, measure and dump everything in the shaker and shake vigorously. and then I drink it. Doesn't take much time at all. I am a student pursuing my Masters while working part time, I am well aware of the importance of time. but you will build tolerance over time and anyways, in order to get your CNS all stimulated, while having that fat burning effect, 300mg isnt exactly that high. since your coffee sounds simple enough im gonna give it a shot. btw, masters students do have time. even the full-time ones. i should know. |

QUOTE(ken86 @ Nov 24 2009, 06:42 PM) well I clearly stated I have no idea bout the mg, apart from that, I guess to each of its own I guess, I like the bitterness of coffee and the smell/aroma. maybe adding some protein powder or sugar substitute to mask the bitterness ? the thread's been missing the heat. hahah. gotta spice it up a little bit sometimes. yeah, im doing my acca alongside my masters in applied accountancy.Added on November 24, 2009, 6:44 pm yea that's why I suggest laying it off a while or cycling it on fat burners/caffeine, I did say I am aware of the importance of time and not lack of time. It's all about time management. I supposed you are pursuing master's as well ? man, it was supposed to be a recipe suggestion. It's getting heated up QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Nov 25 2009, 10:33 AM) LYN produces champions in reading. Since your back is already fine, you could take another 4-5 days to be fully sure you're okay. Meanwhile, some stretching exercises and back extensions with no weights should be good to ensure it's perfectly fine. If it hurts a little, back off. If it's sore, then go on. QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Nov 25 2009, 12:56 PM) Now I know why you BB, you fuken nerd. You're one of them! haha. but i prefer the myofusion compared to ON. well, ive always been a sucker for protein blends. taste better too. the vitarlean you don't use la. fark man. you'll prolly need to finish quarter bottle to get a sufficient amount of protein. go give your girlfriend or sumthing.Btw the shakes taste almost 100% like ON. The caffeine ones, still closed. The fact that it has caffeine just gives me a bad feeling running along the lines of constipated tummies and zombie nights. StringQ, you could try these two cues when squatting. Chest up, or chest down. Some work better chest up, some down. Myself, my head has to be slightly forward and chest slightly up, but not totally up. Too far down, and I sink too low. Too high up and I lose my hip drive. 1/3 up, and I get to sit right in and drive up. QUOTE(david890701 @ Nov 25 2009, 03:24 PM) no. he meant gaspari myofusion. |
