the resident's carpark is seperate from zest's commercial side. entrance for residents is via behind but the commercial area carpark is in front. parking might be a slight prob at the commercial part though if banks open there. however, dun tink many residents will park their car illegally along the road coz each unit comes with 2 carparks whereas apartments like pelangi damansara suffers this prob coz each unit only has 1 carpark.

Not exactly true. I know of places that has tandem parking and folks wanted to avoid the fuss of blocking his/her parking partner would rather park illegally somewhere else. Happens in established companies as well as residential units. But not everyone like that la wink.gif If enforcement like police coming to summon the illegal parked cars, then you'll see ppl going back their tandem (don't think i see this often).

Also take note that some units may have more than 2 cars (esp those for rental).

Hi Barney, appreciate your concern on this matter..

Yes, we had discussed this in earlier thread before (I think it is in v1) that we will not expose any identity of owners to protect the privacy of each purchaser, not even unit number. The closest we provide is Block A, B or C.

Any PnC matters can be conveyed via PM.. smile.gif

I wonder if trinity might retain land ownership over the infrastructure instead of handing it over to the authorities, then they can make some $ from imposing parking charges.

It's better to have parking charges. We know what FREE parking does to people ... tongue.gif

alternatively, there should be free parking (or metered if MPSJ decides to install some meters there) at the I&P shops behind zest, next to the DBKL flats... brows.gif

Good locality and access as well as reasonable pricing. However, I am not trying to pour cold water, but you need to be careful with the project, especially the end product, after-sales service and management. If I am not mistaken, the current management of the developer is related to KOI.

nope, TT is not related to koi but to heron residency instead.
