went to see the showroom last sat, tat time didnt bring camera as suddenly think of pay a visit when pass by zest. IMO the master bedroom is rather small. then sa said they will upgrade the aluminium frame glass window with a better quality one (powder coated with tinted glass?) dont know wat's the term for it.
the bathroom looks quite nice, however, glass shield is and the rack in bathroom is not provide. it will be inside add-on package i think. n there will be add-on package for renovation such as installing air-con and cabinet etc... |

During MPSJ’s full board meeting, several councillors requested for a detailed briefing on the LRT extension project from Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (Prasarana) following complaints of some earth works near Subang Jaya KTM Station.
“We will invite Prasarana to brief the MPSJ councillors on the latest development next month,” said Adnan. Following Prasarana’s submission for the planning permission of seven stations last month, Adnan said the MPSJ had given approval for two stations in Kinrara. “The other five were not approved due to insufficient technical details for the stations,” he said. “Hence, Prasarana has to resubmit the station design and details. “Once the One Stop Centre Committee has given its approval, they can start building the LRT structures.” source: http://thestar.com.my/metro/story.asp?file...320&sec=central Is it one of the 2 approved station is at TZ? if yes   |
