I remember one of the last discussion is the small area of the project. So, do you really think it's way too small for 720 residential units + 45 commercial units?

ya lo when i bring my parents go see a few months ago , they look at the land also say it is small wor... But i was thinking hmm until the whole thing is built up, you wouldnt know how it will look like. Sometimes the space utilization of a construction can make wonder !! huhu.

Enough is enough, this is property talk section not personal confrontation topic.

Keep on going like this, warning might be issued by staff and even suspension. A friendly reminder.

I have the same feeling too. The triangular site looks small for such a big project.

Hi Moderator, plse be fair. No names were mentioned. Just making general statement. If this is not allowed, then i think
you should issue warning to others who are resorting to name calling as well.

Somewhere along the way, i saw someone mentioned 'empty vessel'. Wonder if this is considered as also
picking up somebody for personal confrontation issue? If it is, plse issue warning.

I think maybe we couldn't measure the land using our eyes, it won't be accurate

The actual land size should be enough for the project....

yep...i remembered last time when saujana residency was gonna be built, i was dubious about how the small tract of land btwn subang parade n the highway was gonna accomodate 2 blocks of condos too...but all turned out cool

Yes we might need to wait and see everything when its build.

i noticed that too..
i heard earlier someone here mentioned that another petrol stations is gonna be after zest?
so we will all be sandwiched between 2 petrol stations? haha..

As I remember from a SA say in May...it gonna be "PETRONAS" beside The Zest....correct me if im worng

One is the existing Caltex while the other is Petronas (IINM). You can go to the site and refer to the notice board there

Just go to the site, and you may visualize your unit whereabout and see if there's anything blocking your view (especially those on hill view like me)

but confirm is there a show unit coming up? cuz they've been delaying for quite some time..
and since all units are almost sold out.. i don't think they have any needs for a show unit..
probably just move the office there..

Yes, it is a petrol station, but not sure which one. Gapurna (known for building petrol stations and affiliation with many different petrol brand) will be building it there. Even the construction notice board is there mentioning about "Cadangan Stesen Minyak"

On the bright side? you have more choice and even ATM machines ready inside.

i think the size is ok... of course the model would look all nice... as long as the clubhouse and the build up is as plan i'm still okay...

Yeah, I didn't notice this prob coz did not happen on my PC and notebook. It's some alignment problem, that's why it looks flying and overlap with other things (and also I understand why people think I was trying to profit from it - this was not the intention). Will be fixed or taken out soon.
