I wonder if trinity might retain land ownership over the infrastructure instead of handing it over to the authorities, then they can make some $ from imposing parking charges.
*
It's better to have parking charges. We know what FREE parking does to people ... tongue.gif

Don't listen to all these gloom & doom  idiots la. And some say i always bring up shoe rack issue...
These other guys are worse. Maybe they don't have bad intentions but they just keep bringing up
major negatives about the whole project. Give it a rest ok? Go read manga or something...
*
TRUE rclxms.gif TRUE Voltus ...let not the negativity prevail here my fellow Zestians blink.gif ...yes, we should be concerned about the developer's past history hmm.gif but we have bought our respective units. Not much we can do about that. cool2.gif

The thing we should be doing and concentrating on is to monitor the progress of the development and if indeed the end product is less than good, then we will take action to remedy the situation. I don't know if there is any legal protection icon_question.gif for buyers in case something like that happens. Any input here??

Important thing is we stick together and we work towards a better place for us, that is ZEST. rclxm9.gif

good stuff  tongue.gif

anyhow, can I suggest that we all continue to be objective and fair in our comments? There will be ppl throwing critism anytime but unless its completely untrue, no need to jump on the gun. Just take it, and move on.

The last thing we want in Zest in a bunch of undiplomatic fanatics who thinks Zest is the best property in the world and will simply hantam other developments or couldnt take any critism ( some other development in Puchong really got fanatics of these kind - hint :Z**). Passion is good as long as its not extreme. Having lots of fanatics in a dev will deter Zest from reaching its optimum price upon CF next time.

I dont want my neighbour to be an extremist/fanatic of any kind...............so what about you all?  wink.gif

Some condos in predominant landed areas like BK and SS2, are priced higher than landed mah....see Five Stones in SS2, one condo can buy 3 link houses next to it.... rclxms.gif ....Hopefully one Zest unit can buy few landed link houses around BK9 loh..... biggrin.gif  This LRT is indeed a plus for the Zest and surrounding developments but the Zest should be the nearest to the LRT station.... thumbup.gif
*
Food for thought hmm.gif

With 2 LRT stations nearby, would our ZEST commercial area and Giant's parking lots be turned into 2 huge "Park n Ride" lots and more??.... rclxub.gif

You know LAH, the Malaysian "culture" of parking all for their conveniences only doh.gif

QUOTE(Covillea @ Mar 28 2011, 11:02 AM)
Malaysia’s inflation accelerated to a 22-month high, putting pressure on the central bank to resume raising
interest rates. Consumer prices rose 2.9% in February from a year earlier, according to a report by the statistics
department that compares with the 2.7% median estimate in a Bloomberg News survey of 17 economists.
Malaysia’s inflation is set to accelerate and the economy may expand as much as 6% this year, the central bank
said, signaling it would move to counter rising prices and “financial imbalances.” Asian policy makers from India
to the Philippines have raised borrowing costs this month as oil and food costs surge. (Bloomberg)

The Zest's price to further escalate.

Please ensure 40% for breakeven. Not 30%!!!
*
HI Covillea,
Can you please share with me how do you mean "40% for breakeven"?? What mathematical formulae did you use to come up with that percentage? I am a newbie here where property is concerned. blush.gif Please enlightened me. smile.gif

In Block C, the "corner" unit is built in such a way that there is only that particular ONE unit on each side of the building. All in all there are only 24 units that are in a "corner" in Block C, whereas Block A and B's corner units are not built this way. Would the price for the 24 corner units in Block C be any different from the other Blocks???
Please enlighten .... thanks y'all ... and may we all make buckets out of this investment of ours
