Can you see the icons on the left hand side? Heron was developed by TT. Koi was also their project, but they didn't mention it on the website because the name is simply too bad.

yep bro...i said TT was related to Heron Risidency if u read my previous post above...but dint know they were affiliated to koi kinrara as well... hmm.gif

i've heard stories abt the management of heron residency...but can u care to elaborate more on why u said koi is simply 'too bad'?

TT developed Heron but not Koi, however, the key director in TT was part of Koi's management...different company with different bosses but got common people involved....anyway, like it or not, the Zest is 100% sold out despite being launched at the heights of recession....no other project did better except for Titiwangsa Sentral...

The existing LRT system in the Klang Valley will be extended by 30km, that is 15km respectively, for Kelana Jaya and Ampang lines. Upon completion in 2011, the extensions are expected to benefit 2.6 million residents in the Subang Jaya-USJ and Kinrara-Puchong areas, compared with 1.9 million currently.


---> This was unveiled by former Malaysia PM Dato Seri Abdullah Badawi last year. So i am wondering with the new PM elected - will this proposal scrapped or proceed? So far no hush hush also geh.

The people behind the company started their 1st project at the 2 or 3 blocks of apartments before Heron at the entrance of Bdr Bkt Puchong 1 (take note that Bdr Bkt Puchong is undertaken by another developer, namely Bkt Hitam who is much reputable and responsible). After that they shifted ther activities to Koi Kinrana -> Koi Puchong -> Heron -> PT19 -> Zest -> ??Kajang??

Most people aren't aware of these, and only some people in the same line know the history. Nevertheless, let's hope the developer learns the mistake and provide better service in their existing projects.

Hey...it isn't unethical but I didn't notice you have edited it. It's just a reply from me after coming back from meeting while leaving the page unsent. biggrin.gif

Just google Koi Tropica and you will see lots of comments about it. Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, the people behind the group might have improved their service and quality. End products will tell everything. Nonetheless, it's still a good buy for the early birds given the good location and attractive pricing. tongue.gif

The one at the entrance of Bkt Puchong 1, just before Heron. It used to be rented out to a lot of Lim Kok Weng's students.

design without the nook for the shoe rack and if developer going to amend or not better. So, any type A dignified owners
brought up the matter and if so, any feedback?

my parents went to the site today, they say cudnt enter the model house...chitan~~~somehow it worries me ..100% sold but their progression rate is slow..comparatively..

Actually Winner Bro, I dun understand how you related TT to Koi Kinrara. My sister bought Koi Kinrara and yes Koi Kinrara is related to Koi Tropika which Koi Tropika has a really bad reputation due to the management there.

As for Developing Company.. I didnt see any relation regarding Koi Kinrara and The Zest.
Koi Kinrara Developer is Lingkaran Naga Sdn Bhd. which is a Sub from MasterON Sdn Bhd.
MasterON Sdn Bhd is a company which falls under the tree from Federal Furniture Holding Berhad which FFHB Mr Choy is also MD for MasterON. (correct me if im wrong)

for The Zest...
Zest is develop under Darul Dinasti Sdn Bhd. which falls under Trinity Tower Group.
so.. TT Group MD Dato' Neoh Soo Keat.

rrr... I dont see any realated issue from TT to Koi Group.
but.. Koi Tropika really have some management problem. But IMO every condo or service apartment would have their own problem. Heron does have their problem too. I bet Zest will have in the future too...

We should not judge Koi Kinrara before its completion, every buyer have their view and decision to make. and we respect that. A good or bad project of previous developer is just a reference and guide for people to take note. So even Good reputation Developers have abandon projects too.

Just get finger crossed and hope to the house you bought its good and be happy with it. smile.gif peace

yup...as what prop kor said earlier, there are ppl internally who's involved in zest also. coz if u noticed, the phone numbers for both the projects are the same! sweat.gif

but like it onot, zest is still 100% sold edi and should be TT's maiden substantial project for them to prove their worth in the property development arena.

the SA meantion to me they will use the "KONY" lift for our services apartment, hopefully it will same standard with KLIA, cos i find out KLIA also using "KONY"lift
