rrr... I dont see any realated issue from TT to Koi Group.
but.. Koi Tropika really have some management problem. But IMO every condo or service apartment would have their own problem. Heron does have their problem too. I bet Zest will have in the future too...

We should not judge Koi Kinrara before its completion, every buyer have their view and decision to make. and we respect that. A good or bad project of previous developer is just a reference and guide for people to take note. So even Good reputation Developers have abandon projects too.

Just get finger crossed and hope to the house you bought its good and be happy with it.  smile.gif  peace

Unlike big public-listed developers, in Malaysia, a lot of small players develop projects using different names. If the current project is badly reputed, they will just register other name to develop future project, and they will continue doing this because buyers (mainly those 1st time buyers) will not be able to discover it. The developers' names are different but the senior management (directors and shareholders, probably) are still the same.

As what I have mentioned in my earlier post, the senior management behind the company have done some projects and they should know what to improve. Let’s hope they will try their best to make this development a successful project.

Don't listen to all these gloom & doom idiots la. And some say i always bring up shoe rack issue...
These other guys are worse. Maybe they don't have bad intentions but they just keep bringing up
major negatives about the whole project. Give it a rest ok? Go read manga or something...

The thing we should be doing and concentrating on is to monitor the progress of the development and if indeed the end product is less than good, then we will take action to remedy the situation. I don't know if there is any legal protection icon_question.gif for buyers in case something like that happens. Any input here??

Important thing is we stick together and we work towards a better place for us, that is ZEST. rclxm9.gif

Hi all, do you know the different between duplicated S&P copy using developer binder and normal binder? Is it same?
The lawyer told me they have out of stock for developer binder for about 1mth ago.

anyhow, can I suggest that we all continue to be objective and fair in our comments? There will be ppl throwing critism anytime but unless its completely untrue, no need to jump on the gun. Just take it, and move on.

The last thing we want in Zest in a bunch of undiplomatic fanatics who thinks Zest is the best property in the world and will simply hantam other developments or couldnt take any critism ( some other development in Puchong really got fanatics of these kind - hint :Z**). Passion is good as long as its not extreme. Having lots of fanatics in a dev will deter Zest from reaching its optimum price upon CF next time.

I dont want my neighbour to be an extremist/fanatic of any kind...............so what about you all? wink.gif
