well.. i went there on sunday during the rain.. to get my receipt for the 2nd payment..

saw few ppl there.. and one family bought i think block A to his daughter.. only 23 years old.. dunno if she's here eh?

i asked one of the admin there.. she said still have around 20 units left..
A has like 2-3 and B has like 3-4 units but C still have > 10 units left?
but i thought C already sold out..

anyway.. she did mention the show room is ready.. just when they want to move in.. and only type B show unit will be available..

i dunno also..
i tot C 100% sold out as per the newspaper.. ahaha..
she did mentioned those corner units a lot of leftovers..
i guess they are the ones facing tower B.. cuz i dun think those units' balcony have any view but the wall of tower B..

aiyaa...whatever lah, apart from TS, Zest is the hottest selling property for 2009. There's no doubt about it.

Since this thread is growing very fast and have huge traffic, it might be better we carry out The Zest related discussion in this new site. Otherwise, weeding though hundreds of posts in a single thread would be quite difficult to do and keep track of the discussions that is ongoing.

Let us all please return to the friendly warm and cozy discussion that we used to have. There is no (monetary) benefit for anyone of us to "gain a breath of air" (cantonese saying) by pointing/criticizing at what others are saying. I have seen worse "debates" in some other forums regarding another condo, and the only conclusion I could make from that was "gosh, luckily didn't buy there, imagine my neighbours like that...". Let's just stop right here and then, before things go out of control and ugly.

We all can complain about anything that we don't like here. But bear in mind on the approach we take. If you are really vested in this (and of course if you hope to make money from this property), remember that lots of prospect buyers/tenants are reading this thread. If we go down the road of negativity, we will only give our prospect buyers/tenants the wrong impression that the property is problematic - when the problem is probably manageable.

Actually come to think of it; does the open car park has enough space to cater for such set up? The amount of space there is very limited (judging by the size at the site), so there may not be plentiful parking area. Employees of banks or other establishment alone may fill the parking space easily. Moreover, I am sure some resident will park illegally along the road or taking up these car park meant for the shops (like any other high rise residential unit).

I can't recall if Zest residential parking space is also sharing with these establishments. (Anyone remember?)  I believe for some of these franchised  to be approved, some of them has criteria of sufficient parking space ratio.

As much as i would like such establishment to be available, parking may be a headache to put zest into their radar unless TT has a plan for it.

* Actually the open space that is currently used for building petrol station is best used to resolve future car park issue. Too bad, its a petrol station instead.

It's better to have parking charges.  We know what FREE parking does to people ...
