actually, 1 of the referral was for my sis' unit coz we bought 2 units together. the other was my kaki...haha
me n my sis booked our units in march, got the referral fee last month. my friend booked his unit last mth oni so it'll still be some time to go before they process the second cheque.

No one claims to be saint; but no one wants their residential areas to be tainted with thugs and prostitution den (except you I guess). So voltus55; keep your remarks and thoughts to yourself.

Anyway, we don't allow such talk in LYN.

If got Old Town Kopitiam then best liao.... can minum there everyday...

Has anyone of drive by Zest on the main road as per the traffic speed and not slowing down to look at your investment?

You will be very hardpressed not to note that the divider barrier that Zest has completed will be a major accident magnet. I can't help but noticing just how TIGHT that 2 lanes become because the emergency/buffer lane is gone and that concrete divider is a huge bolder right next on the lane and without CLEAR visual que, be prepared.

I have seen some so many car went up this type of divider along sg besi before reaching SMART tunnel entrance. The damage and scarring of the divider indicate multiple impact. It happen right after its was completed and at one time it has those plastic orange pylon for a few meters. The moment those pylon remove, all hell break loose. I hope Zest/engineer is paying attention on this.

speaking of accident, there was a fatal accident 2 months back in front of the Zest. A Wira whacked the lamp post and the whole roof crumbled.

when did ur fren booked the unit? if it has been several mths already n loan + s&p all oso kautim liao, u should check with them. coz when i got my cheque, i saw alot of other cheques there which remained uncollected. maybe they tried contacting u when u were in china but to avail...lol

I also checked with my SA before regarding the referral fee. I was told that that fee would be released once all the initial payments such as downpayment are made AND after the developer start charging them at the start of the unit/block development

Hopefully all your wishes come through.

Actually come to think of it; does the open car park has enough space to cater for such set up? The amount of space there is very limited (judging by the size at the site), so there may not be plentiful parking area. Employees of banks or other establishment alone may fill the parking space easily. Moreover, I am sure some resident will park illegally along the road or taking up these car park meant for the shops (like any other high rise residential unit).

I can't recall if Zest residential parking space is also sharing with these establishments. (Anyone remember?) I believe for some of these franchised to be approved, some of them has criteria of sufficient parking space ratio.

As much as i would like such establishment to be available, parking may be a headache to put zest into their radar unless TT has a plan for it.

* Actually the open space that is currently used for building petrol station is best used to resolve future car park issue. Too bad, its a petrol station instead.

the resident's carpark is seperate from zest's commercial side. entrance for residents is via behind but the commercial area carpark is in front. parking might be a slight prob at the commercial part though if banks open there. however, dun tink many residents will park their car illegally along the road coz each unit comes with 2 carparks whereas apartments like pelangi damansara suffers this prob coz each unit only has 1 carpark.
