The star line started construction in 93 & started collecting revenue in 96. Construction has commenced for extension, lets say tz 11Y4Q take keys, estimated 14YQ3 lrt completion, waiting time is 2yr+. Anyhow, it wil take less than 3 yrs allowed cos its oni extension for a few stations, not fully set up system like last time. The lrt is something tangible so the impact is instantanous..

there're ceratin quarters feeding negative news to drive down the price of zest, hoping to make an acquisition later!

hence, calling all zest purchsers to stand united to defend your property.

Perhaps The Zestest shd jointly purchase 3-5 units of TZ at RM550/sf (Sub sale), set a precedent benchmark pricing for Valuer to follow. The rest of unsold unit can easily disposed at "mkt price".
A tooth for a tooth strategy to tackle the valuer..
