QUOTE(Alan Soo @ Aug 22 2009, 12:38 AM) last time i request change the location of basin and WC to the opposite wall for Type B bathroom without any additional cost, a lot of ppl said it is mission impossible, but compare to u, my request just a small case. i think you can go to Ikea buy a shoe rack which can fix on the wall to store ur shoes. i m using it right now. suitable for those limited space entrance. alan, ur request got approved eh? what did you say to them? was thinking of relocating some pipings as well. from lrt and ramps to banking till web hosting now shoe rack. you guys are persistent... i think the zest is gonna be a fun place. |

QUOTE(gamenoob @ Aug 21 2009, 07:24 PM) http://www.realestate.net.my/forum/viewtop...21790&start=525 gamenoob posted this a while back... someone said that the developer showed him the black n white stuff about the ramp and lrt. it mention that the station might be next to caltex.... i guess we have to expect traffic like the one near the sri petaling station during the peak hours? Some interesting development on the ramp and LRT. Look at the Ramp specific info.... enoughla with the shoe rack.. once the house is finish maybe we can compare and discuss design, help each other out. there's the upside and downside to every design. price included... |

QUOTE(gamenoob @ Aug 23 2009, 01:10 PM) Yes they did say that but where say cannot take photo or get a copy... so how legitimate is that? hopefully not a gimmick like the korea investor story...If its indeed a real thing, they should BLARE It out KAW KAW and drive up the value of the commercial lots on sale now.... |

Added on August 27, 2009, 11:46 amyup.. shell, caltex and petronas... hope it'll be one of those with fast food joints..huhu Added on August 27, 2009, 11:56 amerr.. thezest website is a bit confusing with all the ads flying around.. can you at least put the ads properly like the ones here... or without the ads would be a much better solution... really appreciate the effort.. no puns intended... thx. QUOTE(chuah xui cheng @ Sep 20 2009, 10:54 PM) Oh Pai, can u stop lying? sounds really personal.. must be one of the unlucky heron buyers. at least we can see how tt handles stuff like this.. see what we can expect from them if things like this happens. Do u need me to remind what you have said... YOU SAID:--------------------------------------------- Pai Sep 13 2009, 04:06 PM Joined: Dec 2004 From: Hell I wonder why ppl complaint so much when Heron is property they bought for 100k++ only. Were they expecting Sunrise level of workmanship? Keep on saying workmanship is bad but never highlight the details.....dem funny http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1129024/+420 --------------------- PAI, You were refering to "workmanship" in your original statement; And now u try to twist and turn, limiting your statement to "maintenance" & "Tenant" issue? Well, are u a bad liar or suffering from lapse of Memory? MG, Pai, do u have to defend the Dev all the way just bc u r vested in Zest!!! PS: Anyway, u r my good boy, always follow what i ask u to do, Keep it up and thanks alan soo for the explanation. ignorance is a bliss in deed.huhu |

waa.. good to see people chatting again. you guys do give me a good read. seriously, learned a lot on properties just by being in this thread.
anyway.. 2 years from now who knows what will happen... for now i think the zest has all the right location and facilities which in the end given the right BMC, it can reach what all us wishfull owners want... thats what i can observe, from a newb's point of view that is. |

QUOTE(gamenoob @ May 8 2010, 02:26 PM) Keith As me and Pai and others point out, its just a diff POV discussion in a very civil manner. Its not an arguement, its perfectly ok to agree to disagree. Unfortunately, diverse opinion is so poorly tolerated in this country especially at political level that it spill over to the general population creating an ugly side of Malaysian that many too blind to see. So please, its not an arguement, its a healthy discussion on diff POV. |
