the thing about KFC is that the oil is reused. And some say they use trans fat.
There's enough oil and fat i consume at mamak / cafe / restaurant. All the food at mamak and cafe is oily. Cannot escape that. I just supplement with some olive and fish oil. btw I seldom cook my food. not much time. |

KFC oil is definitely reused. See the colour of the oil also know already. Its like dark brownish. Most fried chicken vendors also like that. Cuz there's a large amount of oil being used and its expensive if they keep changing it.

That ain't the half of it. Other unhealthy things I love (and eat frequently) in addition to KFC: - steak - Ramly burgers - mashed potatoes with lots of butter - chili crab - fatty pork - billionaire's bacon - curry laksa - kaya (okay, pretty much anything with tons of coconut milk in it) - Yorkshire pudding - etc. QUOTE sometimes the chicken covered with oil and it will oozes out on your plate....almost like drinking oil from the fried chicken Reading that description literally made me go![]() |

I don't know read from where, a strength coach once said that he can smell the trans fat oozing throught the pores of athletes who are coming for the weigh-in.
(you know, weight class athletes go sauna and sweat themselves to reduce weight for the weight in) |

Angrydog: Your statement makes me wonder how is your LDL, HDL and cholesterol level is. What is your doctor's advice base on the result? Stress test is related to hearth and artery condition rite. All the other numbers are good, actually. Pretty strange, considering my diet.
I think Malaysians have a Pavlovian response whenever they see the words "Ramly burger" written anywhere. |
