I think it might be lower now. I just do basic gym exercises as advised by my trainer. 1st day for chest and back, 2nd day for shoulder and triceps, third day for legs/squat and bicep. And repeat the following days.

BF% increased a lot over the past few months. this is the best shot i could get for front view. in the other photos, i looked even skinnier than in here. favourite body part is my weakest part. sigh.

Nice upper chest, V-taper and quads. I needa get back to the gym, haven't been training for nearly 3 weeks due to an injury in my shoulder and some lower back pains. =/

thanks, been focusing on upper chest for past few months, but the progress is really slow, i think it'll take another year for it to grow into a more or less satisfactory shape. gotta focus on lower chest also but i can't seem to balance my workouts right...
if you're injured its only natural to take a good long rest... maybe do some light weight high reps for a while. any heavy workouts would be counter-productive.

haha...i'm going to workout hard after raya. ramadhan is exhausting. i can't even get my eyes open after back from school...haha...again here is my skinny body...i can see some progress from my old pic.

Definitely, it'll be fairly light weights till I fully recover. Meaning no more attempts at 1RMs.
