guys. show some pics la. I'm at the end of my cutting. but still not satisfied. Need to try harder to get lower bodyfat. .... so that just the skin is hanging to the muscle .... cutting is really tough man .... motivattion please

i think i have to agree with you all that it should be 43lbs (i hv amended my post) i always get confused some use kg some use 43lbs sad.gif

i always consult the ebook before i start or doing a particular lift. But when it comes to food consumption, I have no idea and don't know what is it talking about.

btw 32" waist is still skinny?

if you are 180cm you should be around 80kg, so 1kg for 1cm after 100cm.
meaning if 170kg, 70kg or so.

please you are obviously not fat.about eating, just eat 6 meals a day, eat enough protein 1-1.5g per lbs of your weight. if you are 60kg 60 x 2.2 = 132 pounds so eat at least 132-180g of protein per day. and dont be afraid to eat more. smack on more rice/bread, carbs, before and after workout. but most importantly eat eat eat eat.

if your belly is getting bigger but muscle is not getting bigger as you eat like this and train, you got to check your diet, what you're eating and check your workout routine, whether you are training enough..

it is just all about eating, training and resting. its not something that happens overnight. since u cant gain muscle overnight, so why worry about gaining fat overnight? if u eat like that and dont workout then u will definitely pack on the mass, but not in form of muscle. and for your info, muscles are responsible for 90 percent of the fat burnt. so more muscle = less fat.

yeah_guyz has his point. read up, read a lot. and ask if ur not sure biggrin.gif

edit: that pic u posted, u want a body like his. u need to get ur frame bigger first. which is to starting lifting weights. its not going to happen by just cardio and losing bodyfat to show your abs.if u do that ull have your abs but you'll look like a twig with abs. that dude in the picture is not a twig with abs. notice he has muscles not just at the abs, but his whole body as well. he was probably bigger than that pic before he started cutting and losing the bodyfat to reach that shape. just get big first. losing the bodyfat will be easier when you have more muscle on you.

dude I think u need to eliminate the sissy way of thinking about ur body. U know, girls always think eat alot = fat. and for u no six pack = fat. Put on weight on ur upper body 1st and start talking later.

My left arm's lagging pretty badly behind my right. =/

Uh, a typical back day consists of pullups, BB and DB rows and hyperextensions. No pulldowns or cable rows for the moment as the machines are busted. And no deadlifts as they're too taxing on my lower back.
