I've lost about 2 kgs and now standing at around 65-66kgs. Getting harder to maintain my lifting poundage by the day. It might be due to a more hectic lifestyle plus a slight tweak of daily diet.

None the less, Ive lost some size but getting more define. It's demotivating knowing the fact that im loosing strength due to this.

I really dont understand, where does his fat on his upper body came from? I am 64.5kg and 171cm too, but i looks much more slimer compared to him sleep.gif

hey guys..i been doing isolated training for 6 months, but now i switch to stronglift program due to some reason..and reduced the weight i used to be by 30%
problem is, the stronglift seems like not effective to me..i mean my muscle does not feel good..i dono how to describe =s
so should i continue with stronglift? coz i heard alot ppl saying that stronglift good biggrin.gif

I dont think I'm over train...i finish my stronglift in 30 minute + only..
i think is due to heavy weight...:s

try some grip excercise..last time when i'm playing bowling, we need to train our grip.. then my right forearm is actually much more bigger than my left forearm that time.. tongue.gif
