Hoo, nice abs! I'm too lazy to try and burn off that last bit of flab on my lower abs. The idea of an 8-pack just isn't happening for me. tongue.gif

Finally broke the 100kg mark for deadlift. Pulled 102kg for 1RM today! rclxm9.gif

My back seems to be progressing quite decently in terms of thickness and a bit of detail. Wish I could say the same for my front. doh.gif

My guess is you're just not flexing properly. Practice flexing a bit more and you should be able to make it look right.
