Some of you guys.... don't even try culking ffs. It's not easy and it takes a lot of trial and error. You'll probably end up screwing your body.

beef/lamb?
mahal la plak...and its hard to get and i need quick stuff to eat cuz im working 9-7 so i buat whatever at my workstation like the salad etc

i really dont understand what's the procedure for it anyway
too complicated nanti if dont see results = lost motivation

and yes, my breakfast is shitty

That's weird. When i take dextrose/bcaa/whey shake preworkout i get an energy boost.

Tat must be the dextrose, same as if i take oat + glucose polymer and eggs for preworkout, the pump is so great.

By the way, just got my unflavoured BCAA, tat thing smells bad ><

many of my friends ok je bro
if i dont take those, i just take plain black coffee pre workout (non cardio) to get the pump
u shud try - caffeine's my best friend
haha

no, no diabetes. it's proposed that the simple sugar provoked an insulin spike which lowers blood glucose levels. when u workout, u use up blood sugar as fuel as well. so there's a transient period where the body isnt able to cope with the rapidly dropping blood glucose level, hence causing hypo.
@gtoforce, caffeine..if i take say today, untill tmr cannot sleep hahahha..AND...my heart goes LUBDUP LUPDUP LUPDUPLUPDUPLUPDUP everyone hears it. haha, so i learned to stay away from that thing XD

thats why its advised to take low GI carb pre-workout and High GI carb post-workout

I take hi gi when i m short in preparation time... like 30mins before a workout but it wore out very fast.
