i never really liked deadlift but i do it cuz it really helped to test my core

and my officemates all anti gym (like my boss sometimes order fattening food out of spite that i really take care of my diet... and paksa i makan...sh*t)

your form at the start was abit wobbly. but it smoothen out later on.
well, it was just warm ups for u anyway. so doesnt matter much. nice vid!!

I'm no pro in the DL.
but here's the little i noticed in your vid.
when you go up, your hip moves up first, then only you push your heels and the weight moves...
it shd be pushign your heels through the ground and moving knees and hips at the same time.

always try to do it the same time, but somehow it didnt work that way. haha

Am impressed darkie,your sis is thin but yet strong.

Unlike the girls in CF which only train with 2kgs dumbbells and 100 reps.

There is only 1 exception in CF and SHE can bench press 60kgs!
