I guess so. Terry is a real swell guy. Big as a tank but gentle as a lamb with beginner bodybuilders.

That's what I need,really need some serious advice considering my lack of progress now.

I think you're the guy I should ask advice from,everybody else I know are juicing and its not the same without it.

No bro,I know that they bust there asses off,I followed them for training for few months,problem is I can't keep up,they progress faster,recuperate faster and most importantly have enormous strength gains.

That type of training proved counterproductive for me,lost muscle mass and always feel tired.

Which is weird, because I've always assumed one's ability to metabolize alcohol would increase in sync with mass!

I like FF more than CF but only marginally. Both ain't bad. Tru Fitness is the best to train imo but I've heard some bad shit about their payment scheme. Anabolic gym never been there.

guys , i need a post workout drink that cools my body down. Any recommendation? I know everytime after work out my body sweats like hell for a period of 1 hour even after shower and shit

There aren't any! Also it doesn't help that the weather has been EVEN HOTTER THAN USUAL of late.

(Personally, I think ice baths are awesome when things get really bad, but your personal mileage may vary)
