Very nice. True bodybuilding form workouts. Partials, no full lockouts. Perfect for hypertrophy. Your partner knows his stuff, lateral raises good form. This is where bodybuilders rule. Strength and hypertrophy, perfect. The former without the latter is useless imo. Good job.

What's the point of lockouts? The moment one locks out, the joints take over and stress is taken off the muscle and bodybuilders are concerned with time over tension (TUT). Always visualize in bodybuilding, mind muscle connection = pumping air into a bag.

I can vouchsafe the above statement if anyone has any doubts. I used to lockout during shoulder presses but I don't after darklight spotted me and the burn I get now is more intense. Thanks for pointing out my "mistake", darklight.

Chill bro. Your form is really really good too. People like you and John91 are a pleasure to help out. You've already got a good physique, keep slamming those weights and you'll explode.

Well for sports purposes, being too heavy might defeat the purpose of wanting to be more agile. =P We bodybuilders don't really care much about flexibility and speed.
