Hoo, nice abs! I'm too lazy to try and burn off that last bit of flab on my lower abs. The idea of an 8-pack just isn't happening for me.

I think more than average, shit also more than average XD. just asking to see whether my problem is normal Chow Thx all, I don't know why my bf so low, and don't ask me what diet i take, I sapu carbs like crazy wan to keep myself from losing weight and to "replace" protein. Just doing more of those ab exercise that I hate. Like hanging leg raises. |

you cant absorb ...YET??.. ahhaha.. wow.... maybe when u bodybuild for few years like ur trainer than ur intestine suddenly develops additional absorbing qualities.....
dude.. ON whey.. is a protein suplement.. basically ..its protein..with a couple of added chemicals..... u are a human being...ur entire muscular system is made mainly of proteins.....i hypothesize that u CAN use ON.... the thing your trainer should have mentioned is that ON whey is expensive... and is a meal SUPPLEMENT..... so go ahead and get your daily meals stabilized then use supplements to perfect ur protein intake... |
