Arghhh. Why everytime i do shoulder workout then the next day i dont feel the sore? I always train damn hard on shoulder days.

On shoulder day i do : Barbell Shoulder Press 4 sets 8-12 reps Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise 4 sets 8-12 reps Front Dumbbell Raise 4 sets 8-12 reps Machine Shoulder (Military) Press 4 sets 8-12 reps But yeah. I do those exercises everytime when it comes to shoulder days.
