XD i was gonna say that but I thought it would sound rude.

On a side note, some time ago recently I said my arms grew from 13" to 13.75" in half a year or something like that and I was aiming for 2" growth in 2 yrs. Well, I think now it has been around 8-9 months, measured today and my arms half pumped are 14.75". thumbup.gif

Huhu, aim for 18" brows.gif

Yep, when I grow, certain places are harder to reach, twist and turn. But it should all be fixed with stretching movements in the long run, only I'm too lazy to do them. It most prolly would be water lol, still on creatine. I'll measure again soon. hmm.gif
Nice I play the bass too laugh.gif you from UCSI?

what's wrong with romanian deads/SLDL ? Note SLDL is not exactly stiff legged all the way, there is some give around the knee area.

Please refer instructional videos before attempting http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=112127931

Also, dynamic stretches would help.

Isit true that ON is for bodybuilders? My trainer say that if i take it it will only be wasted because some of the ingredients i cant absorb yet.

i think what your trainer meant is that you already eat enough protein and if you take extra then it will be used for energy or stored as fat rather than building muscle.

Solid wheels...but in my opinion, your legs are so much bigger than your torso, but you get the credit for training your legs very hard...I can't train my legs that well.

Do you have problems finding a pair of jeans to wear? My thighs are not big but after started squatting I couldn't wear jeans anymore and I had to turn to khaki pants.

yes, you are right. i once train my legs 2x per week because i thought they are my weak parts. turn out i was wrong...loll
my chest and back are my weak part, hence my torso look damn slim...lol

still can wear jeans but they start to become tight......if become big like Shukri (heavyweights mr Malaysia), well that time maybe got some problems tongue.gif
