Here's my back progress in 1.5months. Trying to get the V taper but its really hard. Any comments/routines ?

I alternate between 2 routines each month cause my gym doesn't have a pullup bar. My back days are with biceps. I hit my traps on shoulder day.
A: Lat pulldown Reverse grip lat pulldown to front Barbell rows EZ bar curl incline DB curl B(at home) : Chinups Close grip chinups Pullups Closegrip pullups Single arm DB row(usually as burnout) Hammer curls |

you have high lats same as me. they took forever to grow..lol
try adding Bent Over Reverse Barbell Rows, found em hitting the lats more (i saw Dennis Wolf do this on his workout dvd, lol) and you missed deads on your back day, for traps heavy deads are way more better than heavy shrugs. Chow |
