I moved out of the country to go to college, so I stopped sprinting and gained some weight. My training varies alot, but I usually stick to under 6 reps or lower for everything except accessories like lat raises etc. I usually just go to the gym 3-4 times a week and try to hit every bodypart every time. It doesn't take forever because my sets are so short.

As far as diet goes, I eat pretty normal, 3 meals a day with some random snacking in between. My college provides an all you can eat meal plan, so my meals are pretty big.

Right now, I workout at my university gym. as I said, I eat 3 meals a day so my last meal is around dinner time, but drunken late night binges happen almost every friday/saturday. I'm a caffeine junkie, if you consider that a supplement. I take upwards of 800-1000mg a day.

I wouldn't call it easy, but sometimes people get too anal and make things too hard. if you're not half-assing your workouts, and are fairly consistent all around, all you need is some patience. being patient is not as easy as it sounds, but i think centering your life around your body image will only make it worse. so just chill out and try to have some fun, don't obsess over every little detail.

You can't exactly see anything from this shot. It's called the "Cheating angle" because of the angle, the lines become more accentuated thus giving a more "defined and muscular" look.

Post a true front, back and true side picture.
