Any rep range can increase strength. Even up to 20 reps for a single set.

I alternate between 2 routines each month cause my gym doesn't have a pullup bar. My back days are with biceps. I hit my traps on shoulder day.

A:
Lat pulldown
Reverse grip lat pulldown to front
Barbell rows
EZ bar curl
incline DB curl

B(at home) :
Chinups
Close grip chinups
Pullups
Closegrip pullups
Single arm DB row(usually as burnout)
Hammer curls
