Yes, they are the one. But the searching is time wasting. They should be able to let us search or filter. Even the arrangement are not in order. I think they are loading it camera by camera.

Hi, I'm 15 and have only recently been running for leisure since late September, inconsistently (3-4 times in 2 weeks or a complete 3 week hiatus).

I've went for my first interschool competition and ran 5 competitions, but only managed to get one medal (a measly fourth >_>), which is for the 1500m one.

It's apparent that I have issues with my discipline, and I don't have a schedule to follow, NOR a coach, and I'd like to seek help from this subforum's netizens smile.gif

Um, I think I have issues with my sprinting, because my so called 'training' has always been mere less-than-2km long/medium length strides which proves that I truly suck at sprinting. During my 1500m run I was the last running for the first 1km and managed to 'easily' jog past the competition during the last 300m when most of them were tired out. I'm pretty sure that I have a big weakspot, and I need advice from seasoned runners here so I can make a consistent and effective routine that I can follow.

I'd like to work on my 800m and 1500m. My latest record:

800m- 3 minutes 19 seconds
1500m- 6 minutes 59 seconds

Thanks in advance!

I normally not much energy to run within the first 10 minutes. If I run 10 minutes and walk another 10 minutes and resume running would I still burn fats?
