12 days had passed (almost)...we are reaching midway of the challenge soon......

so far, mine (journey) sometimes ter-pesong....sometimes back to track.....hope to do better in the 2nd half of the Challenge

Keep them burning...baby.

i'm going to run for 2 hrs in a 1.3km loop. hoping to cover at least 15km. that's more mental training than physical training .. gah

not only u tengster, me oso terpesong.. almost everyday cheat eat. last nite 1 mug of cadburry chocolate icecream. evening some ayamas skin, although counter back with garden salad wink.gif

I missed workout for 4 days already! sighs..... rains and classes made me miss the jogging! can't wait to do HIIT tomorrow!

I did my 15k run in 2 hrs. Average 7.5km/h. In the morning before work I did acceleration work for stamina/speed improvement (10min 7.5kmh, 10min 8.0kmh, 10min 8.5kmh). Burned approx 900 for evening run and 400 for morning run + core workouts.

Treated myself with a plate of nasi goreng kampung. Still within calorie allowance. Whee

Cooking can be easy. I got charge-n-go to do more cooking. brows.gif

Ooppss..and I think I was suppose to eat cold meals for a week, to show what can be done at home without a stove. Lupak. doh.gif When I come back, will try.

I try to do some videos next time. Of some simple basics that I do. What you have at the place that you have? Or what cooking utensils, if any?

Thismorning. did a 4k and some weight.....nothing much......
