if work together.. i feel like more motivated.
anyway ive been losing weight since i notice i weighted 120kg almost 8months ago tongue.gif
dats the highest i ever reach.. and waist of 44 -.- gila

i have few seluar bcoz susah nak cari..
and i have this 44 inch waist dockers..
one of the only seluar i have.. so then 1 day.. ketat
then i realized...
im f*cked up and need to reduce...

haha since then been working on diet and regular exercise..
although sometimes i do miss meal due to busy working...
now 80.2kg and counting.. aiming to get 65kg by august perhaps...

im planning to frame it.. so that i wont eat crap anymore
and also... my 120kg pic is my wallpaper and avatar in ym so that i dont
repeat stupid mistakes all over again biggrin.gif

and also..
my exercise regime kinda interrupted due to few inevitable circumstances..
gonna continue gym today hope can spend more time in gym..

neway ytd spend 1hr playing squash.. 1st time trying...
omg i sweat like mad.. my baju fully soaked even after rinse 2x

even my lecturer make a joke of me
bcoz once i went to class wearing light blue shirt
but got back with dark blue
and she told me "maybe u shud take botox"
since botox is the treatment for hyperhydrosis..
haha..
all my colleagues laughed like mad

jz got back from squash.. suprisingly i sweat like mad.. never experience this before smile.gif wee feel sooooooooooooo good with all the sweating..

hurm today i jz measure with dietician scale...

bw 76.5kg
total %bf 20.3

previously was 80.2 before the challenge. but unable to achieve 75kg..however im quite happy bcoz previously %bf was 23.5

next challenge starts on 25th?
hurm currently 76.5kg with 20.3% bf
i dont mind if the weight now...
i hope it can go down to 73kg at least in a month
however.. i aim %bf to reduce to 18% perhaps?
dont wan to aim too high smile.gif

as long as can look good in shirt and in mirror.. im happy already
and of course aim to lose all those skinny fat!! T_T

Added on May 24, 2009, 3:23 amanyway.. my dietician said
if u measure ur BMR..

for example BMR 1600kcal..
u have to take less 500kcal from requirement
so u can approximately reduce 1kg per week
with exercise ofcourse and stuff

this is how the reduce patient's weight and stabilizes them before op or hw they manage during followup and planning

by 500 means ill be taking max 1100kcal to constantly reduce 1kg per month
