haha nice thread, nex week gona start with my minor cutting phase, since 7 of may gona go redang, mesti flex sikit whahahah. nah nah i m not going to do cardio, too lazy for tat, just the weights tongue.gif. Today i weight on the scale ( those u got to adjust the metal left and right i dunno wat u call tat, usually used by those boxing ppl for proper weight in) and read as 90.7kg, heaviest even get throughout the week. aiming for 87kg for max result by 6th of may tongue.gif.

hye pep, how many cals do u decrease per week for ur cutting phase? i m going for 200 i guess wat do u guys think ?

by the way, 2nd week has cut down another 200cals intake but today my diet seems to be abit screw up, went for seminar and makan some fried udang and kuih :s.

hohoho. aft comming back from redang, i tried to measure my waist again, from +-36inch to 35.2. wuhooo, i dunno if i have lose any weight, wait til 16th then i will weight in again, plan to cut for another month, til my waist hit 34+-.

i only lost 1 kg, but overall seems my tummy wasnt tat bloated any more haha. Anyway, i gona prolong this to next month.
