actually from your workout, you dont have to worry too much carbohydrate i think, just eat what is essential

eat more simple carbo stuff if you need quick energy

those are mayo, that outlet you went probably saving cost xD.
so watery cause added with water to save more haha

btw mayo is very fattening, my sister describe to me how to make it and i almost swear not to take it anymore if i can.
I wanna self make my own mayo with olive oil one day

aiya, why dont u mix in small bottle of water, drink while u work out leh?

i rmb doing that when i climb mount kinabalu, very effective

I assume it require 7000Calories to lost 1 KG, meaning my aim for 5kg = 7kx5 = 35k calories deficit for the next 27 days.

@@ what? 1 day 1300 Calories. How the heck is that possible..

once you set your goal for HiiT you die for it? lol, if you use a timer for your HiiT u really hate the sound of starting, and craving for the sound of resting interval xD

oat with muesli is ok, with so many raisins, nuts, and berries inside.

I think other than eating differently i have not cut down my calories yet

i think this is something like the uneven eating which someone suggested, where you trick your bother not to adapt to your diet. dont know where i read it

i just have my lunch as

1. milk
2. 1 slice of bread with butter, another with cheese, both bake
3. 1 soft boiled egg, another hard boiled egg
4. some mix vegetable

that's the only thing i can post since i aint suppose to weight my self.

I am trying of to play hula hoop, lol it's girlish and childish but it's quite fun
except to the part my whole waist, my angel, my toe and my knee is blue black now, the huge rattan hula hoop falls isn't really fun at all.

My sleeping habit still need some changes, yesterday called my friend at 9 ask him go yum cha, ended up he reached at 11.30, reach home at 1.30

usually pack my stuff go to bedroom at 12, but always ended up sleep 1something, playing with my keyboard a while..

still woke 9 or 10 everyday, well better then 11~12 in the past..

Dont feel any sore from exercising now, good sign or a bad one? doing too little?
