when is the best time to measure our weight?..before sleep?early in the morning?..or any time?...

yesterday nite after exercise before sleep..i measure my weight and i saw 75.8kg...damn...long time i didnt see the '5' digit...

the last i do HIIT...my HR goes from 141..straight to 173....then feel like pening a bit after continue for 30 secs...

damn..1 week didnt have chance to go gym bocs of the bladdy warehse..today go gym and try to push my heart rate higher to 167 but i cant sad.gif
