Weekend is my bookworm days. Finally I found some good diet specially for pre, during and post exercise. I will start tomorrow and check the results.
I have also measured my waist today. The result is positive, I shaved off about 0.5cm.

Day 3 ending folks with ppl on a motivation high. Am off tomorrow so planning some cardio. Have to move move move miles now.  Watch your diet fatty bomboms! No extreme starving, eat healthy, yadda yadda yadda.

CF, hence why part of the challenge is not to measure urself everyday (or 3x/day). stressing out will shoot cortisol up ur blood stream and this will encourage fat storage. shadowjass, 2.5kg bf = 5.5lbs of bf = 19250kcals if you workout 20 days out of 30 (10 rest days) and go around 400kcals deficit on rest days, aim for 762.5kcals deficit on workout days. to put that in perspective, i hv to run 10k to burn 600kcals muahahhahaha

@@ what? 1 day 1300 Calories. How the heck is that possible.. Duh i hate maths

Wow you guys should like meet somewhere, weigh each other, pool like a 100 bucks ,then meet a month later, whoever loses the most amount of weight gets like 50% for 1st followed by 30% and 20% of the money. Now that would be interesting and would gain a whole lot more attention from lyn members.

The reason why I state kg for myself is that I dont hv access to bodyfat machine anymore. morning peeps...starting the day with 5xtablespoon of oats mixed with Milo and raisins...couldnt bare the taste of plain oats  also planning to keep down on the calorie intake on the lowside preferably at 2000 Cals, having some issue with my toenails which is starting to grow inwards really uncomfortable..hope it doesnt affect my run and also the weather its raining cats and dogs up north! worse case gona swap today with gym, will continue to update what i take for lunch...looks like economy rice
