Me current weight should be 85kg now. Wanna cut down to 80kg. This will be my last cutting. Will cut again after I bulk. BF% unsure.

Do 5mins at 12.0km/h. Awesome koyak orgasm feeling.
Trying very hard to breath in and out.
When I just started, I do...
3mins walk as warm up...
5mins at 8.5km/h, then 3mins at 12.0km/h.
After a month, getting more crazee. 10mins - 15mins at 8.5km/h, 5mins at 12.0km/h. No break in between, straight away continue.
That's where I got my right leg injury, even till now. Haven't recover. FUKKKKK!

Just finish my workout today. Did chest and tricep. Afterthat, 30 minutes HIIT, total clocked 4.1km. 3.5hour.  Dumb bells bench press better than bar bell bench press, for me. Btw, I also go jogging early in the morning for 1 hour, every morning 6am. I iz are train hard guise. This will be last cutting, so I kasi hard one. My last day of cutting will be end of May, afterthat I'm going to start bulking up. Taking whey protein and other supplements. Another incredible hulk coming soon. Hmm, I'll just wait until June. By that time, I'm also going to change to a new workout program. It is better to switch to a different program from time to time, to know whether you are on the right track or not. Like some people who had been working out for a year, still no results.

Today ayam doing legs, it iz me favourite workout tewday. Total 9 workouts, already added 2 more in.  Afterthat, will do some fat loss workout, then.... Afterthat will do HIIT again 30minutes. Nais.

Today only do 15mins HIIT, since I'm doing legs the koyak orgasm is too much for me.

Today rest day for me, suppose to do Bicep and Forearm today but I got some important things to do. So Thurs, Fri and Sat.
I workout at least 5 days/week, cannot lari one.

For me...
Chest soreness = 2 days
Tricep = 2 days, 3 sometimes
Abs = 2 days
Legs = 3 days
Back = 3 days
Tarak whey protein punya pasal.
