ur sayur has mayonnaise and the gravy for mash id made by adding flour to cooking oil of chicken (my bro's fren worked in kfc).

Seriously, the whole thing is soaking in mayo which they are selling it in my area. I was tempted to buy it aso last few days then remembered some1 said mayo not good, so never go and buy.

haiyaaa... next time no more fast food. I dowan terjun sungai on 16th May. If body fats % still that much, terjun sungai wont die gua... I still can float with fats.

just wondering, clean carb is something like rice? How about complex carb? wheat, oatmeal?

clean carb = min fat. if u eat oatmeal with butter + milk then it's not considered as clean dy

boxed mashed potato is often made of powdered cooked potato + other fillers n stripped of their nutrients and other benefits.

think 100% ground beef and ramly patties. ramly patties hv a significant amount of starch in them hence doesnt really hv the full benefit (especially protein amount) of real beef smile.gif

hv u tried a real mashed potato in chilis or other fancy restaurant? the texture is rougher than kfc's potato

i think i cant reach 50 in 30days
im still 51.5-52kg rclxub.gif cry.gif
i had gain my strength[can do much heavier's weight training]but my stamina is going down..while doing cardio,i feel much diffcult now.. sad.gif

CF - we are not supposed to weight in within this 30day challenge.....

If the mashed potato is home-made by boiling the potatoes...and then smash them up real bad (like what we are doing to our body fat), add some pepper, olive oil, flax seed, then it;s a good mashed potatoes...

those from KFC is as good as Syd G described......

What I did today :
Day 1, Level 1 of JM's 30 day shred - got me sweating till i hv to wipe the floor afterwards. This is GOOD!!!

Hving salmon with olive oil now for dinner now smile.gif

Tomorrow's agenda : Morning long run + running clinic afterwards. And Day 2 Lvl 1 30 day shred in the afternoon.

Did weights on Fri nite...
As for today, did 60 mins cadio wave in the AM then step class in the PM....
went for buffet lunch with colleague after AM cardio....Buffet is BAD ! tongue.gif

uhhh....my butt and legs are so sore now !! rclxub.gif
